The i5 sports 4 cores, and the GTX 970 is a great card to get you started without breaking the bank. The benchmark numbers for this machine are competing with PCs selling for hundreds more. This is some SERIOUS power for the price!
This would also be a great machine for video editing, music recording, or 4k video playback.
