What I do:
I search for deals on newer, used hardware and then combine what I find with new parts to build custom PCs. This allows me to sell very powerful machines at budget prices.
The Xeon sports 4 cores and 8 threads, and the GTX 660 is a good card to get some game on until GPU prices finally come down again. The benchmark numbers for this machine are competing with PCs selling for hundreds more. Bang for the buck!
This machine also has one the largest motherboards I've ever seen, which I think makes it a great show-piece (at lease I think it's pretty cool.)
